Getting started

Add a pet and owner, schedule or start a visit, check off care while you work, then choose Review & finish to preview the update before saving and sharing it.

Restore PawVisit Pro

Open the Pro tab and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally bought the one-time Pro unlock. You will not be charged again.

Back up your records

Use the app's backup export and save the resulting .pawvisit file somewhere you control. Keep a recent backup before changing phones or deleting the app.

Email juisheng0226@gmail.com. Include your iOS version, iPhone model, PawVisit app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email door codes, private client notes, or pet medical details.
