PawVisit Privacy Policy

PawVisit is provided by Vincent Wu ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the PawVisit iPhone app handles information.

Information stored on your device

PawVisit stores the client names, owner contact details, pet profiles, visit schedules, care instructions, access notes, visit notes, photos, reports, rates, payment status, and app preferences that you enter. This information is stored in the app's private container on your iPhone.

Camera, photos, and notifications

Camera or photo-library access is used only when you choose to add visit proof. Notification permission is requested only when you enable a visit reminder. These permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

Sharing and backups

PawVisit does not automatically send your client or pet information to us. An owner update, PDF, calendar file, photo, or backup leaves the app only when you choose an export and select a destination. The destination you choose may apply its own privacy practices.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional one-time PawVisit Pro purchase. The app reads Apple's verified purchase entitlement to unlock Pro. We do not receive or store your payment-card information.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The current version does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not use information for cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

Your records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete individual reports in Reports and permanently delete a pet in Clients. Permanently deleting a pet also removes that pet's schedules, reports, and saved report photos from that iPhone. Backups or exports that you previously saved must be deleted separately from their destination.

Children

PawVisit is a business workflow tool for pet-care providers and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
